We have a five day layover in Toluca next week. Never been there before. Anyone have ideas on sights to see/ things to do?

Don't drink the water... Sorry, I had to say it.

Toluca

I am glad that you are gonna get stuck there verse's me. Very interesting approach and definately a unique place to get out off on a hot summer day. I know our Falcon's didn't care to climb out of there very well. Be Safe and try to sleep away the days there.

4 days...
make the trip downtown and stay at the Four Seasons.
might as well be comfy while in hell...

Four Seasons?! Gulfstream, go back to the Corporate board:) At my old job we stayed at Four Seasons. I fly charter now. I'll be at Motel 6 (or Motel Seis) if I'm lucky.
Falcon, I don't know where we'll stay yet. Any ideas?
Buckeye, the Astra doesn't like hot & high. Should be interesting.
At least I get to put that 5 years of spanish I took in school to good use.
If anyone knows some sightseeing spots or places to hang out please share.

Gracias

We stay at the Fiesta and the Del Rey. The Del Rey is better than the Fiesta. The Falcon 20 really hates the altitude and heat.

Just a dumb question...is there any corporate/regional jet that does respectably well hot and high? Not trolling...just boning up for a interview as DO for a Columbian freight charter operation.

Correct me if Iam wrong....

I had heard that the Lear 31A did fairly descent and that the Falcon 20 with the TFE731-5BR did OK. I do know the 757 will haul some ass out of their, at least the one I watched takeoff did. My .02 worth

We sit there all day, 5days a week and the Lears do pretty good. The MD80 jumps off the ground and my falcon doesn't.
