Low Carb this and that

What's up with all of the "Low Carb" everything? I mean I'm all for eating right, but it's just getting really annoying!

Notice when you go down the meat or cheese isle at the grocery store they advertise it as "Lo Carb." well Duh! But isn't it loaded with FAT!

From the early 90's until last year all we heard about was low fat stuff. Now no one hardly mentions it anymore.

and BTW, have you noticed how much Atkins brand stuff costs?!

70% of the morons in city traffic drive 10 mph over the speed limit with about 1 1/2 car lengths (if that much) between them and the fellow moron ahead. This turns into a dam daisy chain of a dozen morons driving 75 mph in a 65 zone with 0.4 seconds spacing. Do you have any idea how many times I've seen 7-8 cars ram each other in a chain reaction?

I think every city has this but since I've been in Louisville it is by far the worst. I think there is an accident at the same place on the highway EVERYDAY at the same time.
Also the people who havent quite yet figured out the theory behind the blinker. They either dont use it or leave it running for hours at a time.
Also the ones that get me are the people who stop randomly in the lane, and then put their blinker on...if they think to put it on at all...
They should revoke licenses for people driving dumb....would make it safer for everyone!

There was an article somewhere (I think USA Today) that had "I'm too poor to be skinny." It went on to say how all the healthy foods were expensive, but all the crap was cheap. What a vicious cycle. God forbid we learn how to run... something you can do naked and for free (but not advised if fat, for the sake of those around you).

Did someone say I-285 around Atlanta during the 24 hour a day rush hour.. The lane changers with the cell phone nailed to their ear and never look. Is it the woman who has the sunvisor mirror down putting on make up at 70 miles an hour. Is it the driver with his seat laying in the back seat while attempting to change four lanes of traffic to make the exit ramp he is about to pass. How about the drivers who stop at a yeild sign, but drive right through a red light.

Net Carbs

How about this one? Only 5 "net" carbs. What the hell does that mean? I saw a disclaimer saying it was the total carbohydrates minus the dietary fiber. Give me a freakin' break...eat less, exercise more. Everybody wants something for nothing...

That's nothing, I have a motorcycle that has 6 "net" carbs. It's fat as well.
