well, all i am saying is that we were willing to get paid little because we knew it was short term. but now it is looking like it isn't that short term and not that they are obligated to pay us more, but i think it is in their long term interest to do it. The problem being of course that their competitors aren't raising the bar.

But hey, there are a lot of poeple that are qualified and want to be pilots, but i think companies are well served to treat their pilots really good to attract and keep the best.
