I am currently working on my private pilot license.
A junior in college with two semesters left.
I was enlisted in the Navy for 5 years. Honorable discharge.
I am not in any type of officer program.
Age 26.
What steps would I need to take to fly for the Navy?
Talk to the Naval ROTC department, if you have one. If not, call a Navy recruiter office in your area and find out who you can talk to about Navy officer training school after you graduate. It'd be best if you went into a 2 year ROTC program, but it sounds like you don't have enough time left for that.
First of all, you should be sure that you're medically qualified to fly and that your grades are competitive to be selected for naval flight training. Getting in flight training is not a cakewalk . . . it's pretty darn competitive.
