What state needs Helo pilots most?

Do you have to be prior service?

Current helo pilots are desired, but we are sending people to flight school. The only drawback is there is a requirement to be enlisted for one year, but I think they are reviewing that requirement.

Talked to a WO from there a while back that said there were hurting for pilots. They were/are converting to CH-47's. Not sure if thats still the case.
