What is your daily recommended meal allowance?

How does that work? Fly 1 hour, sit all day, eat a happy meal?

Definately a $hitty deal lucky for us we flew an average of 7-8 hours a day. This new meal deal was a result of managment trying to cut down on expenses 1. Pay less for flightcrews meals . 2.One less person they had to employ to do all the accounting involved in tracking expenses.

Unfortunately they took this same approach with regards to maint. and training. As a result they have had 2 aircraft written off.

The only thing that would get dinged where I work is a $50 plus meal, something like a Mortons steakhouse. If it was your only choice, then it still would be ok.
