Heard that we are up to a desired staffing level and
that there will be no more new hire/upgrades for
a while.

Heard that 944 is going back to the desert but 940 isn't
on line yet...if that's true where will the "spare aircraft"
that we heard about come from?

The EAS stuff??? We were supposed to hear by now,
wern't we???

Is there anyone that knows anything???

I heard they were getting jets.

No, we are sending another jet-stream back to
kingman (or BAE)...but only since we spent the
money on the gps/egpws system!!!

Yeah, yeah, "thanks for your help during this difficult
time"..."things will get better when we get 940 on
line"...I read that memo...about the "temporary"
cancelation of the IRK O/N's...

If you look at how the lines are constructed in STL
it is painfully obvious that they are constructed to
follow A/C cycles and that the crewmembers have
made a bad choice by not living in their base...skeds
has told me that. Okay the exact quote is "It's your
choice to not live in your base." (They didn't referance
the crews following AC)...Even though during
interviews they still tell people they are commuter
friendly. No A/C swaps during a sequence (unless something
breaks, then everyone gets swapped) what does that
tell you? 30 min turns on a 5 leg day...Tells me two
things right off...
1) Too few crews
2) Too few A/C

Serrano probably thought he/she was going to upgrade
next month or so...sorry...we are back to minimum
staffing levels. Kiss the OT goodbye. Don't expect
the lines to get better. "We own you" was told to one
of the FO's not long ago...

nice...

EAS? God only knows...

Good luck. Especially to Fox Bravo on his impending
departure to far greener pastures...Another really
good one gets away!

Seriously, one of your FOs told me that at RDU last year (he was commuting, I know they don't fly there anymore). I rarely read the Regional stuff here cuz it ain't really my bid'nez, so I believed him and I thought it was kinda cool for you guys. I didn't realize this was a common rumor.

Jets...hmmm...is that what you call the
blue flame from lighting a fart? In that
case, we already have them!

OMG. Only you :)

Corpex has been getting taco jets for at least 3 years now. I think Satan will have natural gas heating for his digs before that happens. It would be nice if they could ditch the junkstreams for ACA's Dorks or something like that, though.

Hey belch, how many have gone to Pace/Hooters? And is Captain DL from Moline still on property?

Hmmmmm....maybe I should come back if you guys are getting jets.

Snakum...One of the funniest things
that ever got started on this board
was the rumor that we were getting
jets...it went so far as to involve
phonecalls between our president and
some brass hat/s over at Coex (I don't
remember which one/s)...back in summer
of o3 if I recall.

It was a rumor of magical porportions that
kicked several hornet's nests, got the
originator some carpet dance time and
was a fabrication of the purest fecal matter!

I did hear some rumblings about something
maybe happening in IN...again. But since
we are sending 944 away and given the
length of time it seems to get the egpws
installed I wouldn't hold my breath.

There was a memo indicating an agreement
to serve somewhere in AR...but it is pending
the completion of the airport improvements.
If TBN and MWA are any indication of
how long that will take I would say that will
happen in DEC '07...I hope I'm wrong. I also
suspect there will not be an overnight so that
will further harm our quality of life...again
I hope that I am wrong.

Boiler! Dude, the DL has vacated the building
with great jockularity! He deserved it...no one
else has gone to pace. Like many carriers right
now theyare lucky to know what happened
five minutes ago, so there is no word from that
escape route.

Seeeeeyaaaaaaah

3 DC-10's or 10 DC-3's...but they haven't
figured out which one fits our business
model better...

I'm still betting on the AN-2's though. Then
I'll get to circle to the grass runway in
IRK!

I've got 2 and 3 time. Can I come back?

What about the 25 new Taco Jets from Coex ?

Hello guys and greetings from the beautiful east coast. I haven't heard that idiot on here that started that awful rumor in forever. He had to do the carpet dance in front of CB, AH, KC, and DC. It wasn;t good. It is really sad to see a company lose so many good people and pilots due to manangment and bean counter ignorance. Stay safe guys and gals. Fair Winds and Following Seas !!

I can too...sad, huh?

1) Your stack dump has failed
2) the horror left an indelible impression
3) You didn't get out soon enough!
4) "Someone" owes you about $13000 and a
bottle of the finest Islay Single Malt...neither
of which you are likely to see!
5) You were once refered to as a "Valuble
employee"

Ohoh...I think that we have a top-ten list
started!

Flyfast, Res, ASA, Boiler, carry on!

7. You didn't lose your job when your station closed (because of inept airport management and lack of any morning departures/evening arrivals), you were "furloughed indefinately"

8. You still think that anything less than an 8 leg day is easy.

9. You still can't believe that you actually have an autopilot.

Autopilot? You mean that thing next to
you that wakes up when you utter the
words "Your Aircraft"? ("Uhh, what? MMm
my aircraft. Where are we? YOU ****!,
DON'T YOU KNOW HOW TO TRIM AN
AIRPLANE YET???" Wide awake now,
aren't we!)
Hehehe, just kidding...

Drum roll please,

And for reason number ten that you might
know what all of those initials stand for...

10) Slowly, like approach lights emerging
through the 1/2 mile visability,it is dawning
on you that if you wake up in room 110 at
the Motel 6 in Waynesville, MO on a Part 121
overnight (and it's still dark) you are coming
to the realization that you probably made a
poor choice somewhere in your life!

Disclaimer: It's a joke...only a joke. Hi Ed!, Steph
Janet, Grant and Mark!

Hey guys where did D. Laws go to?

I enjoy reading about the good people who fly at Corpex, I wish all the best for you.

I was once a Corpex jet pig driver myself, 2001 thru 2003 alumni.

Yes I know its now Regions Air, but it will always be Corpex to me.

Who's leaving in June????

"McKellar-Sipes Airport was dealt a possible deathblow to its commercial air traffic service Wednesday when it was announced that Regions Air would continue serving the area."

Thats always nice!

With as many CAs have gone to Pace, Corpex could to start flying as Hooters Express! Maybe the jetpigs could get new paint, anyway...

Glad DL finally made it to AmWest; I remember researching their new contract for him on the 3 hour afternoon layover LAF used to have in 2003.

Has CG gotten completely out of flying after having her baby? I heard she got tired of the typical crap, and after the RDU flying fell through (again), she gave it up.
