I'm living in the golden years. I have the best job I could ask for, I'm single, and I'm frying up some chicken wings tonight and burying them in hot sauce.


To top it off, I'm gonna get checked out to fly right seat in a DC-3 soon. I love reading manuals that say "usually" and "probably". Apparently as a last ditch effort to lower the gear any non-flammable 10W or greater fluid such as water or coffee may be used to replenish the hydraulic system. Ha! Funny stuff to find in an old FAA manual.

We have a guy in our area that makes it a hobby to take pictures of people going to bookstores to buy porn(?) and then makes a postcard of the picture...then he mails it you. What a freaking loser.

What's on my mind, is that this guy should get a postcard mailed to him with a picture of him at his computer making postcards with a hooded figure sneaking up behind him bearing a garrotte. I guess the greeting on this post card could read..."Guess who is about to be doing the FUNKY CHICKEN?"

thinkin if its too late for me to start taking flying lessons towards becoming an airline pilot after i graduate college in about two years. cant do both at the same time. i am 20 now gona be 21 soon.

turpentyine, i dont know if your joking or not but you are plenty young to start flying after college. You could be a CFI less than one year after you graduate if you do it right, another year or two after that working for an airline, all by the time you'd be 25 years old. i say go for it.
