Does Empire respect seniority?, how it is to work at Empire?

I just interviewed with them and was fortunate enough to get hired and i can say that I have never seen any place so concerned about the employees quality of life. Very nice people, great equipment, and a brand new office facility and hangers. The people I talked to that work there sure seem to like it.

empire does respect senority for upgrade only. the schedules are assigned and not much say. working on switching from f 27 to atr wich is a big hassel as they are a year and a half late and getting later. good company with only little common quriks.sadlmkr when were you hired? which plane f, atr, van? you obviously have'nt flown the cyvr to oak run yet. long night.and what base. see ya around hope you enjoy it here it is pretty good.

How does everyone like flying the F27??
That's kind of a broad question...maybe you should try, "How does anyone like flying the F27?"
