What is DAL mgmt's problem?

I was responding to the guy who claimed that DAL doesn't want or will ever do any favors for JBLU, when in fact if it weren't for the DAL jumpseat or the rest of the industry, JBLU would have never found enough people willing to work a startup and live within driving distance to JFK.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the guy who posted was critical of DAL mgmt.-not the DAL pilots. Pilots take care of jumpseaters, mgmt. takes care of other things.

I have been, and am still critical of DAL mgmt.'s actions, but I still think most DAL pilots are fine, upstanding people-with a few noteworthy exceptions....
