What do you mean? As ExpressJet had a prior airlines(Independence Air) experience to use in preparation for their own branded flying, they couldn't have gone wrong could they? Besides, they are an almighty regional airline and cannot be stopped. Employees work for basically nothing as compared to other professions, so labor costs are nearly non existent. I bet they are doing great! Expanding, hiring, earning nifty profits, and dare I say, giving out some raises for all of labors hard work. Am I right?
