What happened to Citation kids string. I read a few replies earlier in the day and didn't see anything worse than the usual bickering. Now, I log back on and it's gone. Did it get ugly, or have we gotten to the point that the moderators just don't like negativity ?

:)

I was curious about that too - - PMed the moderator that deleted it, err, them, but haven't gotten a response yet. He posted the same thing in the General and the Majors forums, and they're both deleted.

I'm wondering if perhaps there was an issue about posting something from another forum? Or maybe CitationMan/Kid/whatever begged him to delete the threads?

Makes one go "hmmmmmmm...."

:)

Hasn't CitationKid/Man/Woman been posting on here for a while now? I wouldnt be surprised if he was like 20yo now. I remember he was also advertising something about his own aviation forum, Prob only CitationKidsDad and CitationKidsMom post on there.

NOTE: In the interest of making this forum a constructive and progressive avenue to improve the aviation community in both technical and interpersonal participation, might I suggest that corporate intervention into the affairs of commerce be accompanied by some accountability and include an acknowledgment toward reasoning and logic that all who might seek to further their participation in future discourse might be enlightened as to the limits and range of allowable interjections. Thank You.

The thread wasn't deleted due to the content, it was deleted due to current and past activities of the thread starter... I'll say nothing more...

That's cool Falcon, I had walked away from the computer to take care of some business and when I came back the tread was gone. Actually, it still existed on my computer so I went back and re-read it and could not find anything other than the usual "your momma wears combat boots" stuff. I only ask because I wanted to offer some sharp witted rejoinder and the deletion rendered my retort moot.

:)

It seems we have lost the anticipated opportunity for witty banter with the antagonist in question, and must instead content ourselves with the fair and certain knowledge that we will pass this way again, and thus gird ourselves for challenges anew.

Good comeback . . . . .

Maybe they don't like your picture mav..
(emphasis added)

That's "TopGun-MAV" to you.

Actually, it was his bud, the sorely-missed TAB Express F/O, who used the ridiculous picture of the two 1900 pilots with their hats on as his avatar.
