what happened in DTW today

we were all lined up to take off on the 21's 22's, and all of a sudden this NWA plane comes in on an emergency landing on runway 4R when the winds were 180 at 10. Anyone know what the emergency was? Everything turned out fine, just curious.

A serious case of "dump sweat" combined with cramping set in in the left seat and the first class lav was currently occupado.
