I thought that rules for flying list was a joke, IT'S REAL!!!!

Anybody fly for them care to chime in??

Beuler?

I give them five years at most. If I'm sitting on an interview board in five years and an ex Skybus pilot comes in I won't be rude, but he/she isn't getting a job. Whoring in this industry is reaching new proportions.

And he's probably an ex G0Jet pilot too :angryfire

2. Hungry? Thirsty? Bring cash.

Most people love our full cocktail bar and food menu, but if you’re not into that, it won’t cost you a penny. Why should your ticket cost include your neighbor’s dinner? That also goes for blankets and pillows–which, by the way, you get to keep if you buy. Oh, and don’t sneak food onboard unless you brought enough for the whole plane.

I don't get it. What are they going to do to me if i bring a PBJ+Apple and can of coke in my carry on and eat it in flight? Stop half way to CA and toss me off...

Whatever

Infants are not entitled to a free carry-on baggage allowance.
Infant safety seats may be carried and used on board only if a seat has been reserved and purchased in advance for the infant.
An administrative fee will be charged for each infant who travels on a guardian’s lap. The fee is US $10 per flight segment to cover the administrative costs of recording and reporting the reservation (a round trip is two flight segments).

******************** are they going to charge you for a baby bottle also???

Of course you do! You work for GoJet! You're even worse than the scumbags who are trying to destroy the industry at Skybus. At least they didn't jump to get in line at an alter-ego airline that was just started to circumvent the pilots' union at Trans States.

I think they have an interesting product.

I heard that most of the cockpit crews were ex-ACA/Indy Air with the worst case of Shiny-Jet-Syndrome since pilots paid $50,000 to go to work for Kiwi Intl. Airlines...

Nope, just bring enough for the whole plane.

One ticket on Skybus, 10 dollars!
One carryon, 10 dollars!
Watching a full load of passengers drink breastmilk, priceless!

That is a bold face lie. I could only find 2 ex-Indy pilots who went to work there and 3 F/a's. Most of the pilots are from USA3000 and the regional airlines.

Skybus' economics are going to work against them. People probably would be willing to fly for 10-50 bucks and get nickle and dimed with no customer service. But they will not fly Skybus if they have to charge what everybody else does to make their bottom line work. I

So some one pays 350 bucks round trip and then they have to pay to check a bag and pay for a coke on the airplane... I think not they may as well fly any major network carrier.

The seats that are more expensive are for the flights that have relatively few seats left. The seats that are still cheap have a majority of seats unsold to that date.

SJS from the Kiwi pilots? Gross mischaracterization. The vast majority of the Kiwi pilots were former rEAL pilots that invested $50,000 of their own money into the airline because they wanted to see an airline owned by the employees succeed so they wouldn't have to live with a scumbag like Lorenzo again.

Their uniforms are HOT! I thought UPS was bad. (no offense guys)

Brown slacks and tan shirts. What's better looking that that?

Gup

Why would USA3000 guys go to Skybus?

Can't understand it myself. Skybus pay is far lower and I am guessing far fewer days off. Unless you really love Columbus or are in desperate need of PIC time, I don't see the reason.

Don't feed the trolls.

heard skybus announced mins of 5000 competitive and at least 1500 121 time for FO's. With that kind of salary I'll be surprised if they are getting anyone with more than 250TT and 25 multi...and a wet comm ticket.
