What can your training provider do better?

I would like to know what you believe your training provider (FSI, SIMUFLITE, CAE, ECT....) could do better. What would make your time in class and in the sim more productive and therefore a better value?

PS I work at FSI in CMH and would very much like to put into action some of the suggestion mentioned here.

I went to NBAA a few weeks ago and saw the new CBT materials. I think that's a good start. Better in-class materials (powerpoint presentations for systems on the smaller jets) are definitely needed. I haven't been to FSI in about 18 months, but the last time I went the instructor was was drawing systems diagrams on a white board. Not cool when it is so easy to put together a powerpoint spread that shows which way fluids run, check valves moving, etc.
