What are your bonus checks averaging?

Just curious...

1. What are your bonus checks / profit sharing plans like and how much are they generally?

2. When are they paid out and can you put it in your 401k?

CHQ's should be out in a few weeks....i don't know the amount but it varies by years of service and yes it can be put in 401k without being taxed or taken as cash and it is taxed.

XJT avg is about 5-7% of annual earnings. It can be put into the 401k or as a check that is taxed the crap out of.

For the YTD, about a 33% margin; so far this quarter: 151/231. All told, roughly worth $6.02/block-hour or $4.08/credit-hour. Would rather have an income on my own monthly balance sheet (i.e., block raise), but...
