What airline, jr base was in England

Sorry, know I should have paid better attention...

An FO asked me about US airlines that might have bases in England, I recall notes about someone but due to age and OTHER could not answer, any ideas????

Atlas Air bases guys at STN, but they just got an LOA which makes it a little more complex than that I believe. However, they are not really a LCC/National carrier.

More like an ACMI/Supplemental carrier.

According to APC, RYAN International (not the UK 737 Ryan Air) has a crew base in LGW.

I want to say TWA had a London base at one point.

I think United had a 727 base there back in the 90's.
