Bush on NAA in 1999-2000

Bush Flew on North American for his first election. I personally saw kerry or edwards forgot which on a chartered Airtran 717....

Just FYI Right from the NAA web Site:

In 1999-2000, North American Airlines was selected as the official airline for the Presidential campaign of then Governor George W. Bush and Vice President Candidate Dick Cheney.

WASHINGTON - They call themselves "America's Greatest Little Airline", but for the next nine weeks a JFK-based charter outfit will provide George W. Bush's campaign chariot.

When the GOP presidential candidate arrives in Chicago today, he'll be showing off his spiffy new jet - a gleaming white and midnight blue 757 jumbo.

The five-year-old, $62 million plane has been leased by the Bush campaign from North American Airlines, a charter company whose major business is as a "feeder airline" for El Al flights from Kennedy International to Los Angeles, Miami and back

"It's a great, state-of-the-art airplane," says NAA President Dan

Bush used a Delta 727 on the fisrt electio many times. Go W!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bush flew the majority of his campaign on Miami Air. In June prior to the election he went to the 757 with North American but Cheney staying with the 727 Miami Air till the election.

For his first run against Gore he chartered one of Priester Aviations Gulfstreams for two months.
