Looking for info (the good, the bad, the ugly) on Western Air Express, anyone work for them or have in the past?

I have not flown for them but I know a couple of people who do or have. Their pay is average to low for cargo. Upgrade is usually quick if you have the experiance. Management is a little difficult to work with from what I hear. Some people hate it others don't mind it. Maintenance is decent, FAA keeps a pretty close eye on them due to previous problems. Overall they are not bad if you need a job or are building time.
