I was just ranting a little. Isn't that what this forum is for? I just don't understands why increasing the age to 60 is more important than the glaring problems with all of our industry average problems. I worked 14 hours yesterday with only two hours of pay. Granted, we had wx and a tiny mechanical problem....

Talked with the union, we are making changes. Seems not many guys on board are understanding the need to volunteer. A bunch of pilots out there operating solo.

Are you inferring that there are plenty of "girls" volunteering, in lieu of guys who aren't? Or did you mean "not many "pilots" volunteering?

That's because you work for a company with a sh!tty contract. You could have made at least 7 hours of pay with a decent duty rig.
