Congradulations on getting the helicopter slot. My question is how do you get a unit to let you apply for a slot and an age waiver? And how do you get John McCain on your side? I am 33 and have been in the National Guard for 15 yrs and have 900+ hours in fixed wing. I have talked to a unit in TN that is needing helo pilots, but they say the NGB will not give age waivers over 30. Any information would be helpful.
