any good sites you would recommend?

I've come across a few that only have private and instrument, and some others that are simply out of date or inaccurate.

Check out sportys for the Commercial Written.

Basically the same test. If you know the endorsements required for ___ certificate, rating, and/or endorsements, commercial level weather, maybe a few more aerodynamics questions...you should be alright.

Scored high 90s after a couple of weeks of on-and-off studying with the Gliem software. If you can afford it, I'd recommend that. If not, just get "friendly" with part 61, 91, PHAK, Airplane Flying Handbook and Instrument Flying Handbook (a few questions on primary and supporting) and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Some questions on common errors in steep turns, lazy eights, turns around a point...stuff like that.

It isn't as hard as some people make it out to be. Good luck!

Gleim

Deleted original long winded post because I was off the subject talking about Gleim products.

Is it mywrittenexams.com?
I'm not sure. There is one site with a bunch of sample questions.
Gleim is great for prep though.

This one says the CFI questions are being updated and will be available Aug 16. What year?

thanks.. i have the ASA books (and I took my written last week).. I was just looking for a site that might present the questions in a more "test like" setting. no biggie, but I appreciate the responses.

BTW, i've like the ASA books more than the Gleim. I'm sure they're all basically the same, but have used (successfully) the ASA's for private through all CFI exams.
