Waterproof cell phone bag

I posted a question on this subject a long time ago and received some good responses. My aim is to sit reserve on my surfboard, so I'm looking for the best waterproof bag out there. I would prefer one of the bags that allows you to use the phone while it's in the bag. So far the best looking one I have found on the web is the Voyageur found at
