Am I the only one that thinks they did a fantastic job??? They converted airspeed to max altitude, had enough time to attempt restart, maneuvered to an unpopulated area, and exited the airplane when it wouldn't work out..... sounds like a dang fine job to me.... airplanes can be replaced, not lives.

Agreed! However, did it sound to anyone else that the student didn't quite have the re-light checklist memorized?
