Wanted: Top International Job Placement Firms

Can anyone give me a legitimate contact for an aviation head hunter or firm that places pilots and schedulers. I'm not looking for a website with 40 job postings that don't pan out.

Looking for a reputable, international firm that is plugged into the inside.

Jet Professionals use to be pretty good, but senior mgmt at Jet Avation has probably screwed them up too.

Problem is that nobody needs a headhunter to find anybody because there are so many people looking for work. They usually only have somethings when times are good.
