Lest say that you really want to work for one particular airline( skywest). But you don’t hear a response from them is while. On the mean time you apply to other airlines.

The question is: what do you do if you got 3 interview calls and you need to choose one? What do you say to the others?

Let’s say you go for the interview and you get hired. In about two months the airline you really want to work for calls? What do you do now?

Go for the one you really want to work for.. don't make the mistake I made and work for the first one that will hire you...eveybody is hiring...Good luck

You go to the interviews. Every interview u do makes you better. Now, if there is no contract, u can always jump ship. Don't worry, the airlines will furlough u in a heart beat if they had to.

Unless you fly for MESA I wouldn't bother with a transfer to Skywest. Any regional will do for a reasonable regional job, except for MESA. Now if you really want to transfer, I would wait a year at your regional to get the experience or clear your contracts.

umm.. yeah.. Talk to the guys at TSA, GoJaaats, GLakes and see how much they are liking it. I probably could name a few other regionals that are skimming the bottom with Mesa, and I'm sure a few others would agree. There are some decent regionals out there with pretty good work rules. If you really want to work at SkyWest keep at it. Hiring for the rest of the year in big numbers so now would be a fairly good time to get in. For what it's worth my indoc class had 3 Scenic, 3 TSA, 3 Eagle, 2 Mesa, 2 Pinnacle, 1 ASA. Good luck to you.

Well it depends on what the guy wants to do. If he wants to get the quick upgrade and move on then it doesn't make much of a difference. Offcourse it helps to fly for an airline that is actually stable, don't know about TSA or GoJaaats. By the way 2 for MESA? Seems kind of low.
