Vote of no confidence in ASA management

How would one go about organising something of this sort? I am certain the voter turn-out would be a lot better than for the lec nominations, and I would bet one of le breque's $800 000's that I can predict the result.

I'm sure the union is pretty busy with other stuff, but with negotiations parked, wouldn't this be a good way to show the level of dis-satisfaction with the current crop of clowns in the GO?

You would have such an overwhelming vote of NO CONFIDENCE that it just might get noticed!! But then again, our idiot mgmnt would just shift the blame onto someone else.....same crap different day!! Let me know I would be glad to throw in a NO NO VOTE!!!!

You guys are not willing to wait for good results. Things will happen in due time. Its just like the contract, it takes time. Its hard to change things over night. You see once employees see that they can make an extra $50 every three months from "Preformance Plus" the flights will go out on time! Trust me! If the pilots would just take the plan to in lieu or a raise this place would be much better off. Vote in new leadership at your union so we can get on with fixing the airline.
