Last week in Montreal there were two Airbus 319's in full Virgin America regalia. Saw them with my own eyes. Discuss amongst yourselves.

Because they cannot fly them ommercially in the US as they are still fighting with the FTC on ownership. Gotta park them in a cheap place.
 
They're growing by the day! Last week there were two parked on the other side of 24L, and now today, there are two more parked by the hangers between 24L and 24R.

They are like illegal aliens! hehehehe.

They might have had better luck with the FTC if they had gone with a real airplane like a 717 or 737...
