Viagra Go-pills?

Thought you guys might find this interesting - some Israeli Defense Force Air Force general is proposing using Viagra-type pills for alertness at high altitudes.

Could be handy when trying to piss in a piddle pack after 6 hours. Loading porn on the mission imagery in the jet helps too.
