You can never be too hot. Phoenix is great. I don't know about Scottsdale, but homes in the mid 150's are common throughout Phoenix.

It was, she wobbled like a penguin, she looked like Liz Taylor when she was 20 so the minor flaw was turned into something she admired as "cute" and the name stuck.
