Our flight department is looking into trying to recover a lot of these taxes we pay in the EU. I know there are several companies that will do this for you for a percentage of the recovered money. Do any of you have any experience with any of them? I know relatively little about the process so any information you can provide would help. Any gotchas, paperwork or things to think about would be appreciated.
