VA interview Question

Hey everyone,

How do I go about getting an interview with VA? I've had my app in for nearly a year with no bites yet. I don't have a 320 Type but I have lots of jet experience . Is there anything special I need to know?

I had my app in for about the same amount of time NADA finally ran into a buddy who told me of another buddy we knew who was working at VA he walked it in ....vwolla I got the assessment in the mail to take....have no idea where I stand now but at least got the assessment... Must take knowing someone....or at least the persona of that!
