A big, 300 pound plus, sixty year old Puerto Rican guy was loading my piston cargo plane in San Juan for six months. One morning at 5 AM he tells me that he once ditched an AF DC-7 (C-118 ?) off of Viet nam, presumably during the war. He's not my idea of the pilot image, but I believe him. He showed me pictures of him next to an AF T 33. His name's Tommy De Jesus. Is there a way I can find out details of this ditching on the internet ? Thanks.
