Flower at GCK used to impress me, no longer. At our last stop, they spilt like 5 gallons (literally) over the wing. Passengers got all freaked out.
 
I was in there not too long ago and didn't have any problems. I wouldn't take my eye off of anyone for long enough to have two quarts of oil put in. Small bladder I guess. ********************ty line service can be anywhere. I don't trust anyone.

If you have to play security guard for your plane from line service then why go there? There are plenty of other places with well trained staff. For that matter why not find a self service pump. Like the first post said I never asked for oil. Some guy called in for a plane parked 50' away from us for oil and the BOZO decided to show is lack of training.
 
I was a line guy and I put oil in for people. Maybe they don't want to get their only uniform shirt dirty... TC
