First, some definitions.Do the pilots have to pay dues even if they don't join USAPA? In otherwords is it a "closed shop" like ALPA was.
As the contracts that remain effective on both sides strictly define "the association" as ALPA and there is zero reference to USAPA or even the possability of their being another CBA, none of the agency rules apply.
In other words, Agency fees are only required to be paid if ALPA is the CBA, The contracts are still effective until a joint contract is ratified.
Bottom Line, USAPA will get nothing but lawsuits from the west...not one solitary dime in fees/dues.
