I wonder if them thar USCABIANS will try to get the NWA boys to embrace u-SAP-a and try to get a DOH seniority list?

The DAL guys obviously hold the leverage in this deal so I wouldn't be surprised if the NW guys do anything to try to gain leverage. Of course, for now ALPA Merger Policy applies so one can hope they reach a consensual seniority integration. I suspect an arbitrator's ruling wouldn't be to the Delta pilots' liking.
 
I think when USAPA, (if they win) gets their ass handed to them in court, and in every other conceivable way, NWA will think twice about it.

Prediction: USAPA wins by fairly narrow margin, They are BK inside of 6 months. No Union representation for the following 18 months, ALPA back on property at 2 year point.

NIC AWARD ADMINISTERED AS IS NO CONCESSIONS.

What follows will go into History books about how not to raid a union.
