USAPA’s 2009 LM-2 Report

Unions covered by the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act are required to submit
annual financial statements to the US Department of Labor. These statements provide basic
information (click here to find out what's on an LM-2, and what LM-3 and LM-4 are). LM-2
reports are public documents that you can distribute. LM-2 forms are now online on the website
of the US Department of Labor (www.dol.gov) and the forms are searchable, this means you can
look for all officers earning over $100,000, for example, or for information about a particular
officer or employee of the union.

Also, this form details both the income and the expenses of the union. On June 29, 2009,
USAPA filed its LM-2 for the period of 7/1/2008 through 3/31/2009. Total receipts for the
period were, $5,548,174 while total disbursements were, $5,192,121.

For public information on USAPA’s annual DOL financial table look at this link:

http://erds.dol-esa.gov/query/getOrgQry.do

In the Basic Search window enter the document number of 543-770. This will bring you to
USAPA’s fiscal year LM-2 report entry. Next click onto 2009 Fiscal Report, which will bring up
the exact document.

Detailed Charts are published on the following pages. Detailed tables are at the very end. The
charts and tables that follow represent only some of the expenses paid by USAPA as indicated in
the DOL LM-2 Report.
