They crashed airplanes into three buildings and we responded by taking out two countries...........Just think how pissed off we Yankee Infidels will be if they are stupid enough to detonate one of those things on our soil!!

If Bin Ladan actually does do something like that, then there comes a point when taking out him and his entire orginization outweighs the fallout (no pun intended) the western countries would have to endure from extensive civilian collateral damage.

One has to wonder during WWII if the German and Japenese people would have taken their own governments out, had they known how extensive the death and distruction was that their leadership was about to bring on them.

I am no fan of starting wars, or of war in general, I have kids just like most everybody else. But the way I see it is that people, and governments are hiding Osoma and his boys, so if they want to continue to escalate their war on the western world then we may be forced to show that crowd what total war is all about. And I doubt that you will find many non muslim governments that dare to say squat about any response that the U.S. would make to a nuke detonating on our real estate. (The French would probably still bitch though But only until the contracts came up to pave the parking lot over the offending wasteland that used to be Bin Ladens home, then they would be pressuring the UN to give them the contracts!!! )

The nukes are more likely to have come from the regions of the former Soviet Union - in particular the Central Asian countries. We really can't blame this on France.

WRONG, as the other poster stated these came from Russia and other markets in Central Asia. This was also actually stated directly from a recent interview with Ayman al-Zawahiri. This is one of the few instances where I actually agree with 350Driver. To say that France is passing out nukes to al-Queda is not correct, however they DID build the Iraqi nuclear plant at Osirik which was destroyed by the Israelis in 1981.
