How will this impact staffing (flight crews) levels at Airways? If I understand correctly, the added DCA flying will be flown by mainline (319's/190's). The LGA reduction will mostly be express (dash8) flying. Am I being way too hopeful that this may be a positive thing for a furloughed guy or at least heading in the right direction? Thanks

Question was answered on an employee conference call. No change in pilot staffing as a little bit of flying will be pulled out of other bases to increase DCA.
