Some new NG's would be nice, heard they were talking to Boeing lately.

News will be released in november of a order. Let the flame start... I have reliable information. (Old friends who work at bombardier) in the finance department had some interesting things to say, without exactly saying them!!!

E-190's probably. Yet this is a regional forumn, so who really cares?

Now if they were to start buying 50-seater for mainline to fly . . THAT would be news.

The age of the replacement jet. One of the many, many, alter-ego carriers masquerading as US Airways will fly the new equipment.

Oops.

RTFQ, eh?

So if its bombardier, they must be talking about the CRJ-900X. As they currently haven't officially announced that they're even going to develop this "super-streched" CRJ, one is led to believe that:

USAir is gunning to be the launch customer for the most uncomfortable 100 seat passenger get ever produced?

they are already commited to the E190, so I don't really see them going for the 900x (which would almsot certainly be flown by mainline). If this is for real, might be re-affirmation of the old 900 order, might be new dashes (converted from the 900 order?), might be more 700s.

That would be about right for the braniac mgmt.........park 60 F-100's that were paid for in the desert and buy the CRJ 100 seaters for big bucks and give every passenger back trouble for the rest of their life!!!
