Perhaps, but what I can't figure out is why 95% of your pilots can't even use your proper radio call sign. BTW its Frontier FLIGHT. You'd think "mainline" pilots would know that.

Sorry to disappoint you, but YOU are wrong. Frontier Flying Service's call sign is 'Frontier Air'. In Alaska, it is common to hear them shorten it, and just call themselves 'Frontier'.
