Ok....Where is USAir's liability here? No mechanical failure, no crew error and no FAR violation. They all freeking lived after an encounter with birds...Am I missing something? How did USAIR or the crew in anyway cause this incident? This is what is WRONG with our society, the reason why we are failing (18 B to bankrupt Wall St. CEO's) and a bunch of scum sucking Laywers who abuse the system. All those passengers should be worshiping the ground the crew walks on because without them they would be taking a permanent DIRT NAP.
