I think I saw her on TV as the spokesperson, so if that is the case, the answer is no.
 
I was in Chicago last week and seen them flying right over downtown and Navy Pier. I didn't know what they were doing. I assuming practicing.

The Hornet must fly with the rails. They act as 'winglets' to help control wingtip vortices. I would bet the F-16 wing is similar.
 
saw the airshow going to south bend from o'hare, didn't know what happened until we landed...interesting
 
Actually these two pilots are getting ready to retire and are getting some experience for their next job--NASCAR DRIVER!!! RUBBIN'S RACIN'!!
 
Walking papers?

Probably was pretty easy for the "real investigators" to figure out who screwed up. But since I only looked at a picture from Airliners.net I would guess the guy on the right wing was out of position - as in too tight....

Nascar, naaa, probably back to AETC to teach studs not to swap paint.
