The AF operates at least 2 of these Dash 8's down in FL (tyndal (sp?)). They are managed by King Aerospace. Does anyone know if they are flown by mil or civ pilots?

Thanks

Probably AF pilots or AF "pilot technicians" who are ex-active duty AF pilots now being paid as GS-2181-13 "civilian" pilots, but wearing AF flight suits and I also believe wearing rank insignia. Some of the C-5 units have these slots. But that is as civilian as it will get. Does a civilian pilot in the sense of a Part 91 contractor pilot fly them? I would doubt it.
