YOU titled your thread with obviously disparaging inuendo. Your intent was obvious and insulting. Never once did you ask about the veracity or validity of the piece's inuendo of the information that you took for fact from such an esteemed source of military aviation information as "20/20." Instead of inquiring about the veracity and validity of the conclusions, you presented your post as fact, then basically asked if everyone else was as appalled as you.

During the height of the cold war in the UK, I saw this kind of bunk reported with little interest in the truth by sensationlistic British new agencies and then repeated, inflated and distorted by the likes of the CND and other "useful fools" in the so-called peace movement.

In a parallel thread, a purported civilian pilot with more type ratings in heavy aircraft that I thought possible in several careers ASKED the question: "OK mil guys please give us some insight to this." .
