USAA Flight Department

Can anyone fill me in on the USAA flight department? Good, bad, etc... Thanks in advance

As far as the flight dept. not sure. However my father is a current, and my wife a former employee. The company has change alot. It used to be like a government job. The pay wasnt great, but there was great security and benifits. The company has laid off over one thousand employees (they have over 20,000). As far as I know they have never laid off a pilot. The benifits are still good, just not as good. There has also been rumors of moving HQ from San Antonio to Pheonix.
That being said if I were qualified I would love to go back to SA.
Sorry I dont have any specific flight department info. I hope some general company info and heresay helps.
I do know somebody who is buddy buddy with the CP. I will see if she knows anything.

USAA

They have a G-IV and a CitationVII. Management, facilities, and maintenance are top notch. Pay is not.
