During the next week, we'll be researching what it's like to work at a major airline in the wake of Sept. 11, considering the furloughs, work rule changes, paycuts and other changes that have taken place. We'd like to talk to as many people as possible about workplace issues, and ideally reach employees in a variety of positions at each of the majors.

I'm hoping to speak with people today and tomorrow, but can also arrange interviews Friday (depending on what Isabel does) or early next week. Thanks again for your help.

Sincerely,
Barbara De Lollis, business travel reporter
