Does anyone have an idea of how long people are sitting in the pool before they're called? What are current upgrade times like? Thanks in advance.

Recently not long at all in the pool because they have been running several classes. Upgrades are running at 2ish years in the Falcon but stand a good chance of getting shorter with the movement within the company. -kingaira90

Another class in July, 4 DA-20 F/O's, we got about a dozen in the pool to chose from. Decision will made to fill the class around mid-June. It looks like DA-20 Captain will go to around one year with the company and DC-9 F/O to about six months. DC-9 Captain is still at 7 years. Lots of flying right now, lots breaking guarentee.

Life still good over in YIP? Looking to go as DC9 F/O. I like what I'm hearing about the company so far. Is the market good enough to avoid furloughs this year?

Who knows? But there seems to be a crew shortage in the in on-demand business
