I know Randy can answer this one. Somebody told me that USA Jet is running those Falcon's on a part 121 certificate. I know the DC-9's are, but the Falcon's?!? Why on earth would you run a Falcon part 121??
 
USA Jet does not have a 135 certificate.

The Falcons fly under 121 with 135 exemptions.
 
All training, dispatch, and maintenance is 121
