Oh man! That sucks. Were some guys allowed to keep more days off for the reduced pay or was it forced back to the old no-life way?

No life no way? The average USA Jet pilot is gone from YIP 132 hours per month. Based upon per-diem paid last year. I don't anyone wanted any more time at home if wasn't going to be paid for.

I guess i was the rare exception. I hated Ypsilanti with a passion and wanted nothing more than to have a commuteable schedule or be on the road.

It was back to the old schedule. I for one was bored to pieces, sitting at home all the time. I mean it's ok during the summer (i.e. between June and September), but during the winter? I'd rather work/fly, during the slow times I was at home up to 4 weeks at a time. You just run out of things to do... And Laredo really gets old after 4 days there. But to each their own I guess.

Yes and all that time at home gets people to much time on their hands so they start thinking about a Union... ;)

Huh?

Well thats cool it sounds as though everyone over there is happy. I just remember being told years ago about a flexible days off schedule where those who wanted more time off while sacrificing a bit of pay could do that. Guess it never came to pass...
